Bishkek, 22 November 2011 - The UN Refugee Agency strongly recommends Kyrgyzstan to accede to the 1961 Convention as well as the 1954 Convention relating to the Status of Stateless Persons as accession would underscore the country's commitment to human rights and improve its social and economic development.
